Since starting out, Real Gap has grown to offer over 500 projects and travel options in 45 countries over 6 continents. We want to offer both gap year travellers and career break explorers the best range of choices possible, so whether you’re interested in volunteering, community work, conservation,paid work overseas, teaching English, learning a new skill, adventure travel or sports and expeditions, you’ll find what you’re looking for with Real Gap.

Our offices have expanded too and our Tunbridge Wells office team is made up of over 40 travel experts who’ve been there and done it, so they know exactly what it takes to make the perfect gap year or career break. In the Real Gap office, we’re divided by the destinations we’ve visited so whether you’re off to Africa, Asia, Latin America, Central America or Europe you can be sure you’ll be in the capable hands of someone who knows what they’re talking about!
