The World Youth and Student Educational Travel Confederation is the premier global organisation in the field of youth travel. The WYSE caters for all aspects of student and youth travel, it offers a wide range of services to its members to enable them to improve their services for their customers; the world of young people's travel.

We have partnered with Climate Care to help you to offset your carbon emissions for you. Real Gap is in full support of climate care and responsible travel. Foreign Commonwealth Office

"Know before you go" Real Gap is working with the UK Government Foreign and Commonwealth Office to promote gap year safety and awareness, the FCO has a website dedicated preparing UK citizens for travelling abroad. Their site is full of information about the latest travelling conditions in every country of the world. It includes advice to travellers as well as warnings about current dangers and is updated several times a day.

British Educational Travel Association

Real Gap are members of the British Educational Travel Association, a very well organised industry group association which offers advice, courses, seminars and networking opportunities to organisations in the UK who send or receive young people on educational travel programmes.

Pacific Area Travel Association

Real Gap works alongside Pacific Area Travel Association to promote travel to countries in the Pacific region, including SE Asia, North America, Australasia, China, Japan Korea and more.
PATA offers professional advice and forums on a wide range of subjects to its members and provides a forum where tour operators, hotels, airlines and other travel industry providers can exchange ideas and develop their businesses.

Real Gap are members of the Year Out Group. The Year Out Group is an association of UK registered organisations that specialise in this field to promote models of good practice. Air Travel Organisers Licence - Civil Aviation Authority

The ATOL license guarantees the protection of consumer funds for our flight-inclusive programmes. In the event we became insolvent, our customers' money will be returned, if they had already departed, their trip would be guaranteed.
For customers on non flight-inclusive programmes, we issue an insurance certificate in their name, which would pay out the cost of their programme back to them in the event we became insolvent and could not deliver what you had purchased.
Beware: Don't book with an organisation that has no financial protection for their clients. Not only are they breaking the law…you could lose all your money or be stranded overseas.
