Africa Sports

Africa and sport go hand in hand, making it the perfect destination for your sports gap year. Interested in extreme/water sports or expeditions? The fast flowing waters of the Nile and the clear warm waters of Mozambique should be more than enough to entice there.

On the flipside, Africa has some of the poorest people in the world who deserve your help and there's no better way than through sports. And which sports? Football obviously springs to mind! However, don't be misled, as Africa is teeming with children eager to learn and play other sports too. Netball, rugby, cricket and even tennis are all sports that many African children are looking to play and don't be surprised when you see how good they are!
