Cricket is no exception, with the Aussies being the current World Champions, holders of the Ashes and ranked as the number 1 Test side.
Sydney
Sydney is one of the great sporting venues. With the SCG (Sydney Cricket Ground) and Homebush Stadium (Venue for the 2000 Olympics) at its disposal, the city has hosted some of the best international sporting events in recent memory. It can also boast some of the leading beaches, restaurants and nightlife in Australia, possibly the world. It is a great place to travel to for a gap year or career break and promises to give every visitor lasting memories of this fantastic city.
The Academy
The Academy is located in the beachside suburb of Manly, Sydney. Manly is situated opposite the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge area, with a pristine sandy beach and easy access to the many restaurants, bars and clubs that Sydney boasts! It is also home to Manly Cricket Club, where you will train, which has produced a number of international players and today maintains a high standard of coaching and facilities.
Getting There
All players need to arrange their flights into Sydney Kingsford-Smith International Airport. International flights can go via Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong etc.
