Most days will be a mixture of the above training exercises, with an emphasis on the skills/areas each student is looking to develop. Below is an example of a typical day, however, training will take place on 4 days a week, with one day free for personal training or relaxation:
- 8.00 Breakfast
- 9.00 - 10.00 Beach run and/or swim
- 10.00 - 12.00 Morning practise session
- 12.00 - 14.00 Lunch/free time/cooling down period
- 14.00 - 16.00 Afternoon training session
- 17.00 - 19.00 Club training (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Evenings Free time
