We are currently looking to recruit for three positions based in our Tunbridge Wells office.
MARKETING MANAGER – I-TO-I MEANINGFUL TRAVEL
We are seeking an experienced, well-organised and forward thinking Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, the successful candidate will ideally have at least 4 years experience in a key marketing role within the travel industry, a recognised marketing qualification and have an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix, with a particular emphasis on online marketing. Experience of marketing to a student audience would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of the marketing team including web development, email marketing, social media coordination, exhibitions and events, PR and affinity marketing activities and sales promotion. Budgetary control and strategic planning will be a fundamental part of this role.
You will be joining the business at an exciting time as we undergo a brand review and you will be responsible for ensuring that the outcomes of this review are implemented and communicated both internally to staff and externally to our customers and other stakeholders.
There will be regular travel to our office in Leeds.
DIRECT MARKETING EXECUTIVE – REAL GAP EXPERIENCE
We are also seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Executive who will be mainly working on our email marketing strategy for the Real Gap brand.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination, creation and setting up of all email marketing activity for the Real Gap business and the development and implementation of enhanced CRM capabilities through the establishment of an email preference centre. You will also be assisting the Marketing Manager in the writing, editing and production of the brochure enclosures and the literature we produce to support our regular shows and events.
You are likely to be a good all-round marketer, with at least 2 years experience across an online and offline marketing environment. It is vital that you have a developed excellent email marketing skills and will have a good knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
For both roles, being extremely well organised and an excellent communicator are essential, as are having an enthusiastic and self motivated personality. These roles also require candidates to be well travelled and have a real passion for adventure.
Salary and benefits package will depend on experience.

TRAVEL CO-ORDINATOR - REAL GAP EXPERIENCE
We have a Travel Co-ordinator vacancy in our Tunbridge Wells office. We need a bright and enthusiastic person to provide assistance and support to our busy sales team. Admin & travel experience preferred but not essential.
