Every day will be a mixture of training exercises, with an emphasis on the skills/areas each student selects to develop.
Below is an example of a typical day:
7.30 - 8.00 Breakfast
8.30 Run at the beach/swim
9.00 - 10.00 Fitness including gym work
10.30 - 11.30 Bowling machine batting drills, Bowling action development.
11.30 - 12.00 Fielding drills
12.00 - 13.00 Lunch and swim
13.00 - 15.00 Team net session
15.00 - 16.30 Personal training
17.00 Dinner
18.00 Rest and leisure
