Australia Divemaster Course
Our Scuba Diving Academy in Australia equips you with not only the skills to pursue a career in the dive industry, but also with a wide number of life skills that would compliment any other career paths you may choose, including self-confidence under pressure and public speaking.
The Dive CourseThe course is designed to take you from beginners’ level to Divemaster in 10 weeks of training. The overall structure is less intense than other courses, to allow you to gain enough dive experience, while also enjoying the laid-back environment of Byron Bay.
If you are already qualified to Open Water or Advanced Open Water level, then it is possible to start from your point of qualification. We can also offer courses up to Rescue Diver, if you do not wish to complete the full Divemaster course. You'll reach the level of Divemaster through structured instruction in the swimming pool, open water, and the classroom.
Included is a full set of your own diving equipment to keep, including wet-suit, BCD, regulator, fins, mask & snorkel etc!
To achieve Divemaster status, you'll complete the following: 1. PADI Open Water 2. Advanced Open Water 3. Emergency First Response 4. Rescue Diver Course 5. Divemaster Certification
PADI is considered the main international diving standard and is recognised worldwide. You'll be able to work in dive centres all over the world!

AccommodationHostel-style lodge at the dive centre accommodating scuba students only. The lodge has modern facilities of washrooms, TV room, kitchen, and BBQ facilities.
