This is an epic 35-day adventure that will leave you with a huge sense of achievement and some fantastic memories!

Following the physical test of a 12-night trek to Everest Base Camp you will spend 9 nights living and working within a Nepali community where you will gain a real sense of their culture and lifestyle, and lend a much needed hand to the villagers.

Your participation in this expedition will facilitate the development of the community projects, as well as providing you with endless rewards.

The Everest Expedition Programme

The 12-night trek to Everest Base Camp may just be one of the hardest challenges of your life, but this expedition doesn’t end there! The programme is centred on giving you a true feeling of the real Nepal.

To enhance your experience, you will then spend nine nights assisting at an orphanage in Kathmandu or Chitwan, or helping with other community work either schools, on farms or national parks.

There will also be a two-night rafting trip combined with a two-night jungle safari. All in all you will have a wide variety of experiences to make your time in Nepal extremely memorable.

Location

Time will be spent in Kathmandu, Lukla (where you will start the Everest trek) and Chitwan, Nepal.

Accommodation and Meals

All accommodation is included for the duration of your expedition. Accommodation styles will vary along the way from camping to staying at a Guest House.

Throughout the community phase, accommodation will be in tents or with a local host family.

Food will be traditional Nepali cuisine, e.g. Dal-Bhat (rice, lentils and potato curry). You will receive three meals a day throughout your trip.
