Weeks 1 & 2: Base Camp The first two weeks will be spent socialising and learning about the culture of Venezuela. You will learn to kayak and to speak your first words of Spanish. Before the tuition begins you will be placed in groups depending on your level of Spanish. You will also get familiar with the region and there will be excursions to the surrounding islands, waterfalls and villages.
You will experience the stunning nature and the rich wildlife in the Morrocoy National Park by sea kayak. Our base in Chichiriviche is located only 3 minutes from the beach, so you can go swimming, snorkeling, waterskiing or just hanging out on the beach.
Week 3: Los Llanos We explore this wildlife-rich area, visit the ranches, go horseback riding and of course search for the massive snake: the anaconda. Other species of wildlife in this bio-diverse region include freshwater dolphins, monkeys and piranhas.
