The rainforest area of Borneo is the only remaining natural habitat for the endangered Bornean orang-utan.
Weather Indonesia enjoys a hot and humid climate throughout the year. October to April is the wet season and during this time it will be hot, but the monsoon will bring heavy rain to the country. The period between May to September is dry and warm. Indonesia has an average temperature of 20C - 36C with humidity high all year round!
Getting there You will need to arrange a flight to Jakarta International airport, in Java, Indonesia. You will then be met at the airport and transferred to a hotel in central Jakarta.
