Volunteer Project: India Rajasthan Programme

I had an amazing trip in India the project to me was a great success. Working in the day care centre was a great experience and seeing young kids develop in duration of 2 months with good results makes me want to go back and help out more.

The scheduling and implementation of the project was of high standard, considering we were based in a developing country.

I think the staff really showed their talents by being highly committed and motivated in their work.

Jaipur
The induction was well planned, and workshops were interesting, the host family I stayed with was welcoming, warm and provided great entertainment; not only did they cook us great food but also took us to a wedding and a place where hot freshly cooked sweets are made to eat.

I would like to say a big thank you to the host families and wish them the best for the New Year.

Shiv Camp
I thought this was a great place to stay we were provided warm well cooked food, with different varieties every single day.

The staff were just amazing here so welcoming and helpful, I would like to say a big thank you to Manoj the manager of the camp and Sunny for being a great guide, his spoken English was excellent and was always committed to provide all volunteer needs.

Projects / community visits
I thought the organisation and planning was perfect in the day care centre I worked at, I had a great bunch of kids and also a very helpful guide who spoke good English.

My trip to India was a huge success we faced no problems at all. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is ready to live rural life and take on a challenge.

We were taken good care of and I would once again say Thank you to both companies for making it an unforgettable trip.

Thank you
Jayesh Patel
