Kiwi Conservation is an excellent way to explore the north island of New Zealand. Volunteering is a fantastic way to experience New Zealand. You could go there primarily to take part in this voluntary work, or spend a few weeks volunteering before travelling to other parts of the country! You will be getting involved in hands-on environmental projects and meeting volunteers from all over the world.

All the other volunteers were really friendly and the places we were working were just breathtaking. It was so nice knowing you're doing something worthwhile whiklst being able to have fun at the same time! I loved every minute of it!
