Martial Arts Academy China
|
China
With Beijing hosting the Olympic games in 2008, Kung Fu is set to become an Olympic sport and massively grow in popularity in the West. Kung Fu and a number of other Martial Arts originate in this ancient country, so there is no better place to travel and learn directly from Masters whom have trained and performed at the highest level.
China also offers an exciting destination of contrasts, with the high-tech fast moving cities and the traditional rural villages that time hasn’t touched.
Fujian Province Fujian is one of the most diverse and interesting provinces in the whole of China. Throughout its long history, people from the whole country have come to settle in this region, which has led to the wide range of cultures and numerous different dialects existing just miles apart.
The area has managed to retain a lot of its original charm, as tourists have always found the region fairly inaccessible. However, with the development of a new airport and a highway to Beijing, Fujian will soon be a very popular tourist spot in China.
Free Time Martial Arts training can be physically demanding, so you’ll have plenty of free time to relax in between classes and weekends free to make the most of your environment. Most attractions are within a 40-minute drive of the academy. The local coordinator can help to organise trips:
- The Big Golden Lake
- The Zhaixia Canyons
- Taining Ancient City
- Cat Mountain
- Taining Geological Museum
- Bamboo forest & many more
Airport Transfers All students will be personally met by an academy translator at Wu Yi Shan airport and taken to the academy. The journey takes approximately 2 and half hours.
