We are a group of people bound together by one thing - an excitement and passion for travel. Our experiences have enriched our lives, inspired us and helped us understand the world a little better. They have been life changing.
We want to help our customers make the most of their ‘time out' and we help them do this by:
- offering a wide a range of programmes, so that there is something for everyone;
- continually developing our offering by seeking new projects, programmes and partners;
- listening and responding to our customers so that we can continually improve on our services;
- giving pertinent, up to date advice on destinations, travel and general practical tips;
- offering orientation, in country support and 24 hour contact, as well as advice on safety;
- helping each customer, on a one to one basis, to make their trip as rewarding and enjoyable for them as possible.
We are committed to delivering real benefits for the projects that we work with. We do this by:
- carefully selecting each programme to ensure that our contribution will make a real measurable difference to the community it serves;
- ensuring that every volunteer is appropriately matched to the project;
- regularly monitoring the programmes and continually assessing the impact of our contribution.
Our programmes would not be possible without the support and close relationships that we have with our in country partners. We value and sustain these relationships through:
- understanding and promoting the vision of each individual programme so that our partnership can bring real sustainable benefits and contribute to the overall aims of that programme;
- offering continuous and practical support;
- working with our in country partners to improve, develop and seek new programmes that can deliver sustainable improvements for the communities they serve.
