I feel I have seen a lot in my short time in Nepal with the sightseeing in Kathmandu Pokhara and Chitwan and it has allowed me to experience some of what Nepal has to offer. My Placement in Nirmal Pokhari was also amazing. The family, were very welcoming and I had a really great time teaching the children in the morning and evenings, and was sad to leave at the end of my stay.
I have had a wonderful experience here in Nepal and look forward to returning some time in the future.
Sue Edwards, 2/7/08 - 11/7/08 program is well organized and they keep in touch with the volunteers so you do not feel alone or unable to ask anything. They welcomed me into their Happy home.
I think the welcome at the airport could be improved. After a long flight I felt that the person meeting us was a little tired of waiting because the other volunteer's flight was delayed.
Thank you for giving me this wonderful experience of Nepal.
