When I arrived in New Zealand I had no trouble following the instructions I was given by the Real Gap Team before leaving the UK.
The support that I got at the NZ Backpacker's Hostel was great and before long I had a job working in the North Island on a farm. I think the most memorable part of my New Zealand gap year was doing a sky dive. It was such an excellent way to end 8 amazing weeks in New Zealand.

I am now planning to extend my gap year travels by moving on to Canada or America where I want to work in a ski resort.
