Scuba Diving Courses Honduras
Programme Location Utila, Honduras (Caribbean)
Honduras Honduras mixes the tropical appeal of the Caribbean with the fascinating diversity of a Central American country.
Any stay there will give you a host of underwater adventures, with a range of different dive sites to suit Scuba divers of all levels and interests. The Island of Utila is no exception to this, with excellent diving just minutes from our Dive Centre. If you are a beginner, there are sheltered, warm waters for you to learn. If you are an advanced diver, there is even more to choose from, including shipwrecks and deepwater sites. It is no wonder that Honduras is one of the best and most popular places anywhere in the world to Scuba Dive.
Honduras Dive Centre Our Dive Centre is located on the Island of Utila, one of the least developed in the Bay of Islands group. The Centre itself was established in 1991 and is now the most awarded Instructor Dive Centre in the whole of Central America. With a number of other dive schools in the region, our Centre stands out as one of the best Scuba Schools available.
Our Centre follows the PADI curriculum in all of its programmes. As PADI is the world leader in scuba diving training, the centre looks to set the highest standards for all of its students.
Getting There You will need to organise your flight to arrive in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Your flight needs to arrive on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, to allow you to connect to the Island of Utila the same day. Your internal flight from San Pedro Sula to Utila is included in the price of your programme.
Flights to San Pedro Sula are available via Europe and the USA, although most connect to San Pedro Sula via the USA. It is possible to fly with Continental Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Lufthansa and more.
