Location Right on the beach in St. Lucia, South Africa.
South Africa On the Southernmost tip of Africa, South Africa is a country that provides a meeting point for many different nationalities. South Africa also has a large variety of ecosystems that host a myriad of wildlife, from marine wildlife to the smallest floral kingdom in the world and of course not forgetting the magnificent Big 5 that can be found around South Africa. Having gone through a political transition like no other country, South Africa's population is as diverse as its wildlife, and is a thriving tourist destination.
Free Time There are loads of extra activities that you can take part in at the weekends and being so close to the beach means there are plenty of water sports and opportunities to simply relax! Any extra activities are optional and at your own cost. For further information, please ask your project coordinator in St Lucia upon arrival.
Some ideas include:

- Sunset cruises on the St. Lucia Estuary
- Weekend trips to Kruger National Park or Mozambique
