Real Sport Experience offer a number of excellent gap year sports programmes, many of which have sports adventure travel elements built in. This allows you to try something new and also get to experience parts of a country that you may not necessarily have gone too. Although the programmes place a greater emphasis on the sports volunteer work, the sports adventure travel is still an important part.

With Real Sport Experience you can experience adventure sports in several different countries. On the Kenya Sports Expedition you have the opportunity to kite-surf, scuba dive, jet-ski and more. On the Sports Expedition to Zimbabwe and Zambia you kayak down the Zambezi river, learn to Scuba Dive and then dive in the Chinhoyi caves.
