Most of the home stays will be close to the school so you should be able to walk or cycle.
Free Time
Weekends are free days. Plus there is a day off each month when there is a full moon. There is at least one public holiday each month. You will be able to explore the surrounding area, take an elephant safari, or get involved with what is going on in the community.
Project Support
Throughout your stay in Sri Lanka, you will have the support and guidance of a local coordinator. They will provide you with assistance and help you with any questions or advice you may need during your stay.
