A Typical Week at the Academy
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
08.30 – 09.00 : Warm-ups 09.00 - 11.30 : Academy training 12.30 - 15.30 : Lunch/rest/gym work/swim 16.00 – 18.45 : Academy training 11.30 - 12.30 : Fitness class or footspeed/cross training
- Wednesdays
08.30 – 09.00 : Warm-ups 09.00 - 11.30 : Academy training 11.30 - 12.30 : Fitness class or footspeed/cross training 12.30 - 15.30 : Lunch/rest/gym work/swim 16.00 – 18.00 : Academy training 18.00 - 19.00 : Yoga/Pilates class
- Saturdays
08.30 – 11.30 : Academy training & matchplay 11.30 – 12.30 : Pilates/Body Balance class
Please Note: Certain classes and/or facilities are sometimes unavailable due to development work and staff absences. Your training itinerary is flexible to incorporate your personal needs and ability. Some players benefit from mixing their training plan to take part in both the Elite Squad Training and the Adult Training Sessions. If you find your schedule is not suitable to your skill level, your coach will help you to re-structure your training plans.
