The Thai Experience and Diving itinerary
Week One - Introduction
During this week you will learn about Thailand, its people, culture, attitudes and customs, with some basic language lessons too. You will have a number of trips during this week.
Week two - Temple Stay & Outdoor Activities
Learn all about the Buddhist faith, with a stay in a Buddhist temple. Learn to meditate from the local Monks, a rare experience.
Week three - Trekking/Teaching Option
3 days trekking in the jungle and rainforest of Phutoei National Park. You will be roughing it in beautiful surroundings! After this experience, you will have a lot to boast about when you go home as you will be surviving with just the basics - you are sure to have a lot of fun! The guides are very friendly and will support you throughout your journey.
During this week you will have the opportunity to help the local community by teaching children English and Maths. You don’t require any previous experience. Be as creative as possible to make learning English fun for the children.
At the end of week 3 you will travel back to Bangkok (independently) and spend one night in a hotel, before transferring to Koh Tao by coach and ferry.
Week Four - PADI Dive Course
Based on the Island of Koh Tao, spend a week doing your PADI Open Water. The course is taken by fully accredited Dive Masters and is conducted under all of the necessary safety precautions that PADI enforce.

- Two-night twin-share stopover in Bangkok with breakfasts and airport pickup
- PADI Open Water Course with dives and worldwide certification
- Orientation including a Thai language and cooking lesson
- Live with monks for one night at their temple
