Project Age Limit
Minimum of 18 years, maximum dependent on health of participant.
Accommodation - Bangkok
Upon arrival at Bangkok airport you will be met by a guide who will take you to the hotel. You will be transferred by air-conditioned bus for your two-night stop over which includes your breakfasts.
Once at the hotel, you and the other volunteers can relax and explore this amazing and vibrant capital, we will be picking you up from the hotel lobby at 2pm on Sunday!!
Facilities at the hotel:
- Situated just five minutes from the famous backpacker street Khoa San Road in the Banglamphu area.
- Large & friendly hotel with moderate facilities.
- Relax in the outdoor pool, play some snooker or have a few drinks in the in-house bar or restaurant
- Plenty of things to visit near by including shops, bars, cafes, markets, temples and the beautiful Royal Palace.
Singburi
You will then be transferred to your new home in one of our three ‘Eco Houses’ in Singburi in central Thailand. Some schools are within walking distance, others are around 5-10km and transport will be provided.
The houses sleep from 20 to 100 people. All houses have dorm rooms with the number of beds ranging from three to twelve. All houses have western style toilets and one even as an Asian toilet! Each bathroom has a shower and the water is always cool – nice and refreshing in the heat. All houses have a communal area where you can eat, relax and meet.
Most of the houses are within walking distance of a local shop and a make shift bar provided by the friendly locals. The doors and windows are screened (to protect you from mosquitoes). There are fans in the rooms.
All meals are included. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the eco-house. Lunch is either provided at the school or you will receive a packed lunch.
Koh Samet Island
Whilst on the Island, accommodation is twin share and is always in resorts close to the beach.
