Orientation

Your orientation includes 2 nights of accommodation in NYC. It is held the first day after your flight arrives. It is approximately 3 hrs long and you will have the remainder of the time to meet people and explore the city. You will make your way to your job the following day.

Accommodation & Meals

With our job offers the employers will usually offer staff accommodation. The avergage cost is USD60 per week. You may also be asked to leave a small cleaning deposit. In the rare occasion that you have secured a job but your employer hasn’t offered you accommodation call them back to see what they can offer as they will be happy to advise. You will be responsible for purchasing and preparing your own meals.

Free Time

During your free time, you are able to do as you choose. You can use this time to explore the local area or travel further afield if you have time. This programme also allows you 1 month to travel afterwards, a perfect opportunity to explore this great continent further.

Programme Support

Throughout your stay, you will have the support and guidance of the programme staff. They will provide you with competent assistance and help you with any questions or advice you may need during your stay. In addition, you will receive a contact for onsite staff when you arrive and we will provide you with a 24 hour emergency contact number before you depart, so that you can contact one of our UK staff at any time should you need to.

Project Age Limit

Aged between 18 and 30 years due to visa restrictions.
