Eastern Savannah meets western jungle in Uganda, making for a lush and varied landscape inhabited by hospitable and easygoing people, view Lions on the open plains, track Chimpanzees through the rainforest or explore the misty mountains in search of Gorillas. Other highlights of Uganda include thrilling white water rafting on the Murchison Falls or navigating the Nile - If you spot any Pyramids, you've gone too far.

Real Gap's Uganda Highlights

Uganda Teaching Project
Provide invaluable support to the teachers at a rural school in southwest Uganda. The school was established in 2003 with the aim of providing a higher standard of education to the local youth, including free schooling to orphaned and vulnerable children. The school has seriously limited resources and is in need of your help! Click here for more information.

Uganda Reach Out To Children
The aim of the project is to improve the welfare of orphaned, vulnerable, or disadvantaged children and their families, many of whom have been affected by HIV/AIDS. Help to identify these families, assess their needs and help to raise the necessary funds required to offer support. Find out more.
