Travel Venezuela |
 | Travel to Venezuela is a brilliant choice if you want a real all-round South American experience on your gap year. If you travel on a gap year to Venezuela you can laze on pristine Caribbean beaches, go mountain trekking, visit Indian tribes, get close to some unique wildlife and explore the Amazon jungle. If you’re travelling in Venezuela an absolute ‘must do’ is a visit to the incredible Angels Falls – the world’s tallest waterfall which, at 979 metres high, is 16 times higher than Niagara!
An excellent Venezuela travel option is to go there on a Real Gap adventure expedition. If you travel to Venezuela on an adventure expedition you’ll experience all of Venezuela’s essential sights as well as other places more ‘off the beaten track’ (for example a visit to Warao tribes who live on the Orinoco Delta). When you’re travelling in Venezuela, or in South America generally, it makes a big difference if you learn a language – so all of Real Gap’s South American programmes include Spanish tuition.
