The Vietnam Experience

Accommodation and Meals

You accommodation varies depending on which phase of the programme you are on and which options you choose. In Hanoi you will stay in a hotel then during your orientation you will be staying in volunteer/hotel accommodation in Nam Dinh. During excursions you will be staying at apartments, lodges or home stays.

During the trekking week you will be living on the wild side staying in tents or huts!

In week four, during the beach week, you will be staying in chalet apartments.

All meals are included throughout the programme. The food will be authentic Vietnamese style, which is delicious! Typical meals consist of rice or noodles accompanied by fish or meat and a vegetable dish or soup. You will need to buy your own drinks.

Free Time

There will be periods of free time throughout the programme, which varies depending on your busy itinerary. You can take this time to relax, socialise or explore the area that you are staying in. Speak to your programme co-ordinator and they will be happy to give you ideas and advice about what to do in your free time.

Project Age Limit

Minimum 18 years, maximum decided on potential participants health.
