Russia Experience - Trans-Siberian Railway
Trains along the Trans Siberian Railway are a destination in themselves!
You get a real taste of backpacking throughout this trip and you are met at each stop. Local guides will show you around their city and love showing you not just the tourist sites but also the real heartbeat of the city.
The journey offers support where you need it but not where you don't. Of course you will see other travellers booked with us but you will not be traveling as a group and there will be no tour leader traveling with you.
Russia Experience Accommodation
You will share a 4-berth compartment with other passengers. If you are traveling with two or more people you will always be with them. There are showers available on board, expect to pay about US$2 for this. There is a shared toilet and wash basin at the end of each 8 compartments.
When you are not on the train the accommodation will be a mixture of hostels, hotels, home stays and in Mongolia, the traditional Ger camps!
