Doing some volunteer work abroad is a great way to do something a bit more constructive with your time on a gap year. There are many different kinds of volunteer work abroad available, and getting involved is a great opportunity to 'give something back' to some of the countries you visit on your travels. Volunteer work abroad could last for the entire year or, if you prefer, you can choose to volunteer for just a few weeks on one of our volunteer holidays. How ever long you spend volunteering, you are making a valuable contribution and doing something really positive.
