This morning, travel advisor Tom came bounding into the office, full of excitement. “It’s done, it’s done!” he called to us all as he ran around the office showing off a photo of a library.

But this wasn’t just any library. In fact, this was the library for which Tom had laid the foundations only a few months before as part of a volunteering trip he went on with Real Gap. And now the library is finished and he takes great pride in the fact that he helped to make that happen.
