Day 1: London to Paris. Meet the rest of the gang in London and hop on the coach before taking the ferry to Calais. Take a pit stop in the Valley of the Somme for some serious history, before arriving in Paris, where we’ll take a night-time tour of the ‘City of Lights’.

Day 2: Paris. What will you do with a day in Paris? With boutiques, patisseries, world-class galleries and iconic sights galore, it’s hard to know where to begin! This evening, sip champagne while watching some cabaret, or tuck into a feast in atmospheric Montmartre.

Day 3: Paris to Bordeaux. ‘Au revoir’ Paris! We’re off to beautiful Bordeaux. This 18th Century city is a honey-coloured jewel. Stroll the narrow streets of Old Bordeaux and sample some of the region’s delicious food and wine at one of the many bistros.

Day 4: Bordeaux to San Sebastian (via Sant-Jean-de-Luz). Continue towards the Spanish border, with a stop at the fishing town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz for a quick dip and some tasty seafood.  Our destination is San Sebastian with its gorgeous sandy beaches, big surf and incredible culinary scene.

Day 5: San Sebastian. Take a tour of the highlights of San Sebastian before discovering the city at your own pace. When the sun goes down, we’ve got a pintxos (Basque tapas) tour up for grabs – yum!

Day 6: San Sebastian to Barcelona (via Zaragoza). Zaragoza is our first stop today where we’ll pay a visit to its famous basilica, before journeying on to bustling Barcelona. Check out the iconic Sagrada Familia and the Olympic Games complex before flamenco and tapas!

Day 7: Barcelona. Take a walking tour of some of the city’s highlights, including Las Ramblas. Then the rest of the day is yours - explore Gaudi’s colourful creations, hit the beach, or tuck into some tapas. Then join the non-stop Barcelona party after the sun goes down!

Day 8: Barcelona to Nice. French Riviera here we come! Arrive in glitzy Nice and do some celeb spotting on the waterfront or chill on the beach with the beautiful people, before seeking out some of the city’s incredible French / Italian fusion cuisine.

Day 9: Nice, French Riviera & Monaco. Enjoy some free time today. Kick back with some beach fun, take a bike tour of the old town, visit the galleries or just relax outside a bistro. Tonight, we’re hitting the blackjack tables with the high rollers in Monte Carlo – wow!

Day 10: Nice to Cinque Terre. Farewell France! Our next stop is Cinque Terre, Italy. We’ll give you a rail pass to explore the pastel-coloured fishing villages at your own pace. There’s an incredible foodie scene here so grab something delicious with a glass of vino.

Day 11: Cinque Terre to Florence (via Pisa). First up today is the charming city of Pisa. Snap some pics with the famous tower before continuing to fabulous Florence where you’ll enjoy an included leatherwork demonstration and an optional traditional Tuscan evening.

Day 12: Florence to Sorrento. Stunning Sorrento is our next destination. Spend the day exploring the dramatic landscape and make sure you don’t miss the sunset – they’re pretty epic here! There’s also an authentic Italian feast (prepared by a local family) on offer.

Day 13: Sorrento and Capri. Sail across the Tyrrhenian Sea to gorgeous Capri today. Explore Anacapri, soak up the incredible sea views and browse the boutiques. Winter tours take a scenic drive to Positano as well and summer tours can take an extended cruise round Capri.

Day 14: Sorrento to Rome (via Pompeii). Take a road trip along the Amalfi Coast to one of the most complete archaeological sites in the world – Pompeii. Next, it’s Italy’s capital where we’ll walk in the footsteps of gladiators with a tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum

Day 15: Rome. Visit the world’s smallest sovereign state – Vatican City for some of Italy’s most impressive artworks, and holiest sites. Then explore the streets of Rome at your own pace or just kick back with an aperitivo in a pretty piazza.

Day 16: Rome to Venice (via Verona). Head to the Floating City via one of the most romantic spots in the world – fair Verona. Take in the romance of Juliet’s balcony, and the 1st Century amphitheatre, before continuing on to the one-and-only Venice.

Day 17: Venice. Hop on a traditional motoscafo and explore some of the city’s many canals. Cross the iconic lagoon, see the Bridge of Sighs, the Doge’s Palace and St Mark’s Square. There’s also a gondola tour on offer and later, an optional cicchetti tour – delizioso!

Day 18: Venice to Salzburg. Our next stop is Sound of Music country as we head to Salzburg, Austria. Pay a visit to the imposing hilltop fortress and take a musical tour of the city. This evening, how about a farm-to-fork meal in the foothills of the Austrian Alps?

Day 19: Salzburg to Prague. Head into the Czech Republic today with a stop at Hitler’s Eagle’s Nest, before arriving in spectacular Prague. See the highlights from Hradčany Castle to Charles Bridge and the famous Old Town Square before one of those famous Czech beers.

Day 20: Prague. Enjoy the wonders of Prague on a city bike tour or explore the atmospheric streets on foot. Tonight, get a taste of Czech culture after dark with some live music and dancing over dinner and drinks (winter only).

Day 21: Prague to Berlin (via Dresden). First stop today is delightful Dresden where we’ll explore the most amazing spots, including the Royal Residence, before continuing to Germany’s uber-cool capital. Take a tour of Berlin’s brightest attractions from the Tiergarten to the iconic Wall. Then party all night long.

Day 22: Berlin. Take in Berlin’s blockbuster sights like Checkpoint Charlie and choose from a historical walking tour (including the site of Hitler’s infamous bunker) or more obscure delights on an alternative walking tour, where you can discover a different side to the city (summer only).

Day 23: Berlin to Amsterdam. Head towards our last city before we make tracks back to Blighty. Check out Amsterdam’s famous canal system and picturesque gable houses by night before exploring some of the craft breweries and traditional bars.

Day 24: Amsterdam. Get to know the ‘dam better today. If you fancy a thrill, we’ve got a crane bungy jump on offer (summer only) and tonight, why not wrap up the trip with a traditional Dutch dinner in a historic building, or an evening sightseeing cruise.

Day 25. Amsterdam to London. We’re homeward bound today as we travel south through Belgium and then into France before taking the channel crossing from Calais to Dover. We’ll say our farewells in London and leave you to start planning your next trip!

Accommodation

This trip includes 24 nights’ accommodation, with 20 nights in funky hostels and 4 nights in comfy hotels. All rooms are on a same-sex, quad-share basis. 

Meals

We’ve included 24 breakfasts and 6 dinners on this trip. You’ll have to buy the rest of your meals yourself, which gives you maximum flexibility to explore the local cuisine –real Italian pizza here we come!

This trip begins and end in the one and only London-town. All your on-trip transport is included, so all you’ve got to do is meet us at the trip start point, hop on the coach, sit back and relax! We depart London early, so be ready at the meeting point for 6:30am sharp.

At the end of the trip, we’ll bring you back to the same spot – easy-peasy! The trip will finish back in London at around 18:30pm. 

This trips is designed for those aged 18-35. This trip requires you to show evidence that you have been fulled vaccinated against covid-19 (final dose administered a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the trip).

British passport holders do not need a visa to enter the Shengen Area and can stay for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. If you would like to stay for longer than 90 days, a visa or another kind of travel permit will be required. It’s recommended that you have at least 6 months remaining on your passport when travelling.

What’s The Average Age Of Travellers On This Trip?

Should you require medical assistance whilst travelling, the local team or guide will be able to help you get to a point of care. Medical facilities and standards can vary across the glove, so you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place.

Varying group sizes
To begin with, many trips will run with amended group sizes, so you may find smaller groups than would be typical. This may vary by trip, or even by individual departure dates.

Whilst there may be changes on our trips, it is vital that you make travelling safer for yourself, your travel companions, the local staff and guides, and the people of the country you are visiting. You should follow all local laws and restrictions, and follow the guidance of the local team. In addition, you can help make travel safer by bringing and using your own face coverings/masks and hand sanitiser, social distance where appropriate, wash your hands frequently, and cover your face when coughing or sneezing.
