Online Account Terms of Use
When you book with Real Gap Experience you will be provided with an Online Account where you can manage your booking. Through your Online Account you can access your travel documents, programme and destination information. You can also provide us with details that we require from you before you depart and we can communicate with you and update you on any new information to prepare you for your travel.
Username and Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login password private and safe. Please do not provide your password to a third party. You will be able to change your password once you have logged in and we recommend that you change it to something memorable to you. Using a combination of letters (upper and lower case) and numbers will increase the security of your password.
Please ensure that you Logout of your account when you have finished using it to prevent other people viewing your account.
How to Use Your Online Account
Once you accept the Terms of Use you will be taken to your Homepage. Here you will see the programmes that you have booked with us listed. Click on your programme to access full details of this programme.
Information Updates
There may be a delay of up to an hour between your booking and all details appearing in your Online Account. Also, there may be a short delay between us updating your information and these changes appearing in your account. If information that you are expecting to appear has not please login again after an hour to check that it has not appeared before contacting us.
Data Protection & Privacy
In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the personal information that you provide. We take responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass your information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
If you are travelling to a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) controls on data protection may not be as stringent as the legal requirements in the UK, or your country of residence. We will only pass information on to any person responsible for part of your travel arrangements. Where you provide us with personal details, you consent to this information being passed onto such organisations, or companies responsible for your travel arrangements, whether in the EEA or not. If we cannot pass on this information, we cannot provide your travel arrangements.
We are entitled to assume you do not object to our doing any of the things mentioned above unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
