Set on the picturesque island of Mallorca, the Spain Fitness Bootcamp has everything you need to make new friends and find the new and improved you. Here you find all of the motivation and encouragement you need to kickstart a new healthier lifestyle. Join for one week or stay up to four weeks and experience a total fitness transformation set over an unforgettable summer.
Located in the north of the island, between a world heritage site and the beautiful picturesque bay of Pollenca and nearby to some amazing National Parks, this is the ultimate place to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing. Local towns and beaches are only a short distance away too!
No matter what your fitness level, we have the perfect activities for you. We have lots of options for fun and effective workout sessions, all outdoors in a beautiful natural environment.
Training sessions can vary, sometimes we take you into the mountains, at other times you’ll be in the national park or super cool beach workout session where you can dip into the Mediterranean after a hard training session!
The camp runs each week and we have lots of people arriving across the whole of the summer. A typical itinerary looks like this:
Arrival Day (Sunday)
Arriving into Palma de Mallorca the transfer to the local town of Alcudia. After checking in, you are free to chill at the villa, hit the beach or do some stand-up paddle. A group orientation and introduction session are on Monday at lunchtime. But on Sunday evening you will get to know everyone as we will make reservations at a nice nearby restaurant for the whole group.
Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 7:45am – 8:30am - Sunrise Yoga Session
- 8:30am - Healthy Snack
- 9am to 10am - High-Intensity Training Fitness Sessions
- 10am to 11am - Breakfast
- 11am to 12pm - Stand Up Paddle
- 2pm to 2:45pm - Buffet Lunch
- 2:45pm to 4pm - Free Beach Time
- 4pm to 6pm - Optional Jog or Bike Circuits
- 6pm to 7pm - Beach Training, High-Intensity training or Volleyball sessions
- 7pm - Back To The Beach House
There is a range of options for excursions depending on the preference of the group. Some of these excursions are free and others incur a local charge.

Sunday Check-Out Day
Sunday is a rest day if you are checking out you will have to vacate your room by 10am, but you are welcome to chill by the villa if you have a later flight.

During your programme you will be staying at a beautiful beach house apartment based on shared dorms of around 2 to 4 people. It is located right by the sea and all rooms have fans and free wifi. The local town and sunbathing beaches are a pleasant 1km stroll away.
The accommodation is located right next to the training areas, so rolling out of bed and start training is easy. It is also a haven of relaxation when you are not training. Equipped with a rooftop terrace with views of the ocean. The villa is sufficiently big with plenty of chillout areas for you to catch some quiet time too.
Breakfast and lunch are included from Monday to Friday. Dinners and weekend meals are purchased locally - there are plenty of options in the local area ranging from €10 to €20 depending on what you choose.
Two drinks packages are offered at the camp. As we are committed to keeping the impact on the environment low, the unlimited water package is €10 per stay (paid locally) and means you do not have to purchase single use plastic water bottles. Please ensure you bring your own water bottle with you.
You can opt for the €25 per week unlimited drinks package which includes tea, coffee, juices, virgin cocktails, fruit infused water and one protein shake a day.
You will need to fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport on your start date and catch the direct bus service to the nearby town of Alcudia. It is called the A32 Can Picafort - Platja Muro/Alcudia - Aeroport service. It takes approximately one hour and costs approximately £8. Tickets are bought directly from the bus driver.
If you arrive into Alcudia between 12pm and 5pm a member of the local team will collect you from Alcudia bus station holding a sign with your name on. If you arrive outside of these times then a taxi to the accommodation is around £5.
A return airport transfer is not included but the local team can help you arrange the bus back to the airport for around £8.
You’ll need to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in this trip. This trip is open to all fitness levels.
UK citizens can travel to countries in the European Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa. Visits to Schengen countries within the previous 180 days before you travel count towards your 90 days. Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after your trip.

Most trips include a meeting on arrival with the guide or local team to discuss the trip, and this is an opportunity for you to ask any questions. You should arrive in time to attend these briefings.

Should you require medical assistance whilst travelling, the local team or guide will be able to help you get to a point of care. Medical facilities and standards can vary across the glove, so you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place.
Varying group sizes
To begin with, many trips will run with amended group sizes, so you may find smaller groups than would be typical. This may vary by trip, or even by individual departure dates.
Whilst there may be changes on our trips, it is vital that you make travelling safer for yourself, your travel companions, the local staff and guides, and the people of the country you are visiting. You should follow all local laws and restrictions, and follow the guidance of the local team. In addition, you can help make travel safer by bringing and using your own face coverings/masks and hand sanitiser, social distance where appropriate, wash your hands frequently, and cover your face when coughing or sneezing.
