The minimum age for this trip is 18 years.

It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas and travel documents for your time away

India: A visa is required for entry to India and must be obtained before you travel. You can apply for a tourist visa or an e-tourist visa via the Indian High Commission. Your passport will need to be machine readable, have two blank pages available for immigration stamps, and must have at least six months' validity remaining on entry to India.

Thailand: British passport holders arriving by air can enter Thailand for 30 days without a visa. Please ensure your passport is valid, with six months remaining on the date of your planned return, and that you hold a valid return flight ticket. If you plan to stay in Thailand for more than 30 days you will need to apply for a visa before departing the UK, which will be issued as a 60-day tourist visa so long as you’re not planning on taking paid work during your stay.

Cambodia: You can obtain a visa online before travelling to Cambodia or on arrival at the airport (where you will need to pay the 30USD fee). If you are planning on extending your stay it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid visa for the duration of your stay, or obtain any necessary visa extensions while you are in Cambodia.

Vietnam: Most UK citizens will qualify for an e-visa to enter Vietnam, which can be applied for online. You must have at least six months’ validity remaining on your passport from the date you plan to return home.

Please note Vietnamese visa rules are subject to change without prior notice, so please do check visa requirements at the time of your trip.

Bali, Indonesia: Nationals of the EU, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand don't require a visa to enter Bali, as long as you hold a valid passport (and a valid return ticket), you will be able to stay in Bali as a tourist for a period of up to 30 days. You should also ensure that your passport will still be in date for six months after your return.

I’m Travelling With A Friend, Can We Stay Together?

Yes! Let us know when you book and we’ll make sure you both get to stay in the same rooms.

Do I Need Any Vaccinations?

We’re not qualified to offer you medical advice, so you should visit your GP well ahead of time to find out what inoculations you might need. Remember to tell them exactly where you’re travelling to as vaccination and medication requirements vary between different countries and regions. You’ll also need to make sure you have enough of any prescribed medication to see you through the duration of your trip.

I’ve Chosen The Eight-day Option For The Bali Beaches Section Of This Trip – How Will I Get Back To The Airport?

If you’re booking the eight-day tour, your last day will be on Gili Trawangan island. From there you’ll need to get a ferry back to Bali, and then a taxi to take you to Denpasar airport. It’s an easy journey, but your tour guide will be able to help you with times and bookings.

Do I Need To Bring Bedding Or A Towel?

No need to bring bedding – it’s all provided at each accommodation. We do however recommend you bring at least one towel with you - travel towels are a good option and much more compact, but if you’re short on luggage space you can always buy towels locally.

Should I Pack A Mosquito Net?

You can do if you like, but it’s not necessary if you make sure the windows and doors to your rooms are kept shut. It’s worth bringing a decent mosquito repellent with you though!

How Much Spending Money Should I Bring With Me?

Whilst it's easy enough to get by on £150 a week, we know that half the fun of your trip will be experiencing different things, trying all sorts of different food and enjoying the party atmosphere. There are also lots of activities on offer during your free days, so we'd recommend that as a minimum you bring between£150-£200 per week, and if you're planning on doing lots of shopping, partying and extra activities then perhaps budget a bit more. It's well worth getting yourself a pre-loaded cash card and back-up credit card when you're travelling for lengthy periods of time - and avoid carrying too much cash around.

Due to Covid-19, many of our partners and suppliers across the globe are putting in place new procedures and policies regarding health and safety in response to the outbreak. These new measures will adapt and change as the state of travel evolves, and the policies and procedures will vary depending on each trip. Some changes that you may experience on our trips are:

Updated safety & hygiene procedures
Health and safety measures will be adapted by our partners and suppliers, dependent on local laws and restrictions.

Different transport & accommodation
You may find yourself on transport or in accommodation that would not typically be used, such as hostels that are more secluded, or on more private transport. This may vary by trip, or even by individual departure dates.

Arrival meetings
Most trips include a meeting on arrival with the guide or local team to discuss the trip, and this is an opportunity for you to ask any questions. You should arrive in time to attend these briefings.

Emergency support 24/7
We have a UK based 24/7 emergency phone line if you have a genuine urgent matter that you need attending.

Knowledgeable & Trained Staff
We can help answer any questions or concerns you may have before you depart. Whilst travelling the guide or local team on our trips are there to help, and to ensure the smooth running of our trips.

Medical care
Should you require medical assistance whilst travelling, the local team or guide will be able to help you get to a point of care. Medical facilities and standards can vary across the glove, so you should ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place.

Varying group sizes
To begin with, many trips will run with amended group sizes, so you may find smaller groups than would be typical. This may vary by trip, or even by individual departure dates.

Whilst there may be changes on our trips, it is vital that you make travelling safer for yourself, your travel companions, the local staff and guides, and the people of the country you are visiting. You should follow all local laws and restrictions, and follow the guidance of the local team. In addition, you can help make travel safer by bringing and using your own face coverings/masks and hand sanitiser, social distance where appropriate, wash your hands frequently, and cover your face when coughing or sneezing.
